Under the expert stewardship of Albert Howard, Elbert Howard, and Allen Hilton, our farm is projected to produce over 40,000 collard greens each year. We plant our greens in mid-August and harvest them by November, through March drawing on years of experience and a deep-rooted tradition of excellence.
